Everyone has different desires and <br>tastes.Product quality is a crucial factor in the decisionpurchase, besides that there are still many other <br>factors that influence behaviorthe purchase.This research is to analyze the effect of product <br>quality,promotion of purchasing decisions for Yamaha motorcycle productsAlso analyze the variables that <br>have the most dominant influenceon the decision to purchase Yamaha Mio motorcycle products to the <br>publicin the Teluk Jambe region.The population in this study is motorcycle consumersYamaha Mio in the <br>Surakarta region. The sample used was 100respondents with the Accidental Quota Sampling technique. Data <br>collection techniqueswith a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses regression analysismultiple <br>linear, classic assumptions (normality test, multicollinearity test, testheteroscedasticity), statistical tests (t <br>test, F test and coefficient of determination).From the results of the analysis of classical assumptions, <br>normality test with kolmogorovsmirnovObtained significantly greater than 0.05, which means the data <br>distributionnormal. Although other supporting factors available and adequate, but a style of <br>leadership that is not a right actually make available resources be made of no effect. A style of its own <br>leadership determined by a variety of factors influence it. Methods used in this study is the quantitatif <br>approach to technique data processing using regression analysis. This study aims to predict the <br>bankruptcy of cosmetics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the Altman Z-Score model <br>and the Zmijewski model. The sample in this study was cosmetic companies listed on the Main Board of the <br>Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 4 companies. The data source used is secondary data taking data from <br>the IDX, the type of data used is quantitative data. The result of this research is bankruptcy prediction using <br>the Altman-Z Score method showing that PT. Martino Berto, Tbk for 2016 is included in the Gray Area <br>category while in 2017-2018 it is predicted to go bankrupt while for PT. Mustika Ratu, in 2016 - 2018 <br>entered the Gray Area category while the other two companies namely PT. Mandom Indonesia, Tbk and PT. <br>Unilever, Tbk from 2016 to 2018 is predicted not to go bankrupt. Meanwhile, using the Zmijewski method in <br>cosmetics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018 is predicted not to go <br>bankrupt. The objectives of this study are: <br>(1) analyzing the characteristics of Trusmi handmade batik seen from business owners, the output/products <br>produced and marketing, (2) analyzing the difficulties/obstacles experienced by Trusmi handmade batik UKM, <br>(3) analyzing the influence of factors -factors of production against the amount of batik production Trusmi. <br>This study uses statistical analysis tools both descriptive and inferential. Descriptive analysis is used to <br>determine the characteristics, difficulties and obstacles experienced by SMEs in batik writing. Multiple linear <br>regression is used to determine the effect of variable raw materials, wages, labour, education and business <br>experience on the amount of Trusmi written batik production in Trusmi Wetan and Kulon villages, Plered <br>District, Cirebon Regency. The results showed that (1) the characteristics of owners/entrepreneurs of Batik <br>Tulis Trusmi as many as 15 (50%) craftsmen started their business background from generation to <br>generation/inheritance and as many as 15 (50%) the rest were independent business backgrounds. The level <br>of craftsman education is dominated by high school and the average age of the craftsman is 51 years. The technique of <br>collecting time series data for five years is from 2013 to 2017, by analyzing the LQ 45 company’s annual <br>report. This type of research is included in causal research with quantitative methods, and data analysis <br>techniques using multiple linear regression. Promosi adalah <br>untuk memberi informasi, membujuk, mengingatkan akan suatu produk. Dalam hal ini hendaknya <br>perusahaan merencanakan strategi promosi secara matang baik advertising, sales promotion, personal <br>selling, public relation, direct marketing sehingga meramaikan took-toko optik menarik minat. Tujuan <br>penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisispengaruh advertising, sales promotion, personal <br>selling, public relation, direct marketing terhadap penjualan Toko Optik Nasional Tanjung Hulu Pontianak <br>Timur. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survey dengan pendekatan deskriptif, jumlah sampel <br>yang digunakan sebanyak 80 responden dari 460 konsumen sebagai populasi. WAWASAN KEBUN NUSANTARA BENGKAYANG http://jurnal.stiepontianak.ac.id/index.php/jes/article/view/104 <p>Work stress is a condition of tension that creates a physical and psychic imbalance that affects emotions, <br>thinking processes, and the condition of an employee.Stress jobs can be interpreted as the perceived pressure <br>of an employee because job assignments cannot be filled. The purpose of this research is to know the effect <br>of working pressure on the performance of employees at the palm oil plant PT. WKN Bengkayang.The <br>analytic tools used were to use multiple linear regression, classical ASUSMI tests and coefficesian <br>significance tests. This means that stress arises when an employee is not able to meet the demands of the job. <br>From the research results obtained the magnitude of the stress effect of the working variable (X) on the <br>performance variable (Y) 15.9%. The significant value of the stress variable is 0.000 &lt; 0.05 (smaller than <br>the probability value), which means the variable stress affects the performance variable. Then the t-count for <br>the 3.762 variable stress is greater than the t-table which is 1.992 and physical regression in the direction of <br>positive values of 0.395.
