Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Quality of Work Life (QWL), Total Quality Management (TQM), dan Reward System terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Tekpak Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dibagikan kepada 90 responden yang merupakan sebagian karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif statistik yang membuat pernyataan di google form dan menyebarkannya kepada 90 karyawan di PT Tekpak Indonesia. Kemudian data ini akan diolah menggunakan aplikasi spss versi 22, peneliti menggunakan 9 pengujian diantaranya adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji f,  uji t, uji linear berganda, uji heteroskedstisitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji koefisien determinasi.
