Pengaruh Pengetahuan, Efisiensi, dan Persepsi Risiko Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Gen Z Menggunakan Layanan Cardless Withdrawal (Tarik Tunai Tanpa Kartu) (Studi Pada Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Di Bandar Lampung)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui variabel pengetahuan,efisiensi, dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan nasabah gen z dalam menggunakan layanan cardless withdrawal bank syariah indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini Teknik yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan rumus Lemeshow yang diperoleh sampel 96 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Metode analisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t, uji f dan uji R), dengan mengolah data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian dan analisis hasil olah data menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel pengetahuan,efisiensi,dan risiko berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah. Sedangkan secara simultan dapat dijelaskan bahwa variabel pengetahuan,efisiensi, dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah gen z menggunakan layanan cardless withdrawall dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 56.585>2,704 Ftabel dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05.
The purpose of this study is to determine the variables of knowledge, efficiency, and risk perception partially and simultaneously influence the decision of Gen Z customers in using cardless withdrawal services at Indonesian Islamic banks. In this study, the author used a quantitative research method. In this study, the technique used was probability sampling with the Lemeshow formula which obtained a sample of 96 respondents. The data source used was primary data from the results of distributing online questionnaires. The analysis method used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests (t-tests, f-tests, and R-tests), by processing data using the SPSS 25.0 application. The results of the research and analysis of the data processing results show that partially the variables of knowledge, efficiency, and risk have a significant effect on customer decisions. While simultaneously it can be explained that the variables of knowledge, efficiency, and risk perception have a significant effect on the decision of Gen Z customers to use cardless withdrawal services with a calculated F value of 56.585>2.704 Ftable and a significance of 0.000<0.05
